This eyeliner is formulated with no parabens, perfumes, or paraffin wax. It moisturizes the skin and is hypoallergenic. By protecting the natural balance of the eyes, this eyeliner does not cause watering or redness.
What the active ingredients are:
Bee wax, Carnauba wax, Euphorbia wax, Jojoba oil, Soya lecithin and Vitamin E.
How to use it:
Apply to eyes, with or without help from the applicator for line drawing.
